User Inductions
Inductions will be the best opportunity to all users to ensure that parking in car stackers is comfortable as in traditional parking spots. A minor mistake may cost you the value of your car hence, identifying all limitations and maximum clearance on car stackers would enhance the uninterrupted operation of the parking system which will be shared by many users.
Inductions are arranged to ensure all users are comfortable operating our machines and are aware of the safety features. Vehicle dimensions are checked prior to and at the time of training, as there are maximum clearances which vary between different systems.
15-30 minutes induction will make car parking risk free and gather full user knowledge on resetting procedure and fault finding.

Maintenance
SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
Periodic cleaning and maintenance are essential to keep our quality products in excellent working order for years to come. Rotex Multiparking has a full-time service team dedicated to maintenance of these systems. We recommend a half yearly service to all parking systems as requested by Manufacturer.
Systems under the Service Agreement includes the following:
- Inductions which provides training to users for safe and secure parking of their vehicles
- Scheduled periodic Service Maintenance
- 24/7 Emergency Support for quick fix & vehicle removal in the event of a machine fault
- Extended Warranty is possible
Warranty
FACTORY-BASED WARRANTY
Systems are installed to the manufacturer’s requirements and are warranted against defective workmanship and materials. All works will be completed to relevant Sri Lankan Standards and effective from the date of commissioning. (Warranty conditions could be different with the system type)
